All hunts are unguided and based on Liard Air's Charter

and/or Transporter License. BC Hunting regulations

prevail. It is the responsibility of the hunter to ensure compliance with all hunting regulations, MUs are listed as a courtesy. 

 

Fly-in BC resident hunting, Northern Rockies Adventures Ltd, Liard Air Ltd cannot be held liable for hunting activities.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and do not include applicable taxes or added fees. Check current exchange rates for U.S. dollars or other currencies. Please inquire about family and group discounts. We are not responsible for any misprints or mismatches of pricing between this web site and our internal pricing. In the case of a misprint or mismatch, our internal pricing will be the correct price. 

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice and are based on Liard Air Ltd Charter Tarif.  High fuel prices may incur an additional fuel surcharge.  

Accepted forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa or wire transfer.

Deposits: In order to confirm a reservation, Northern Rockies Adventures Ltd. must receive your deposit at the time of your booking. Deposits are non refundable unless otherwise stated.  Please allow 48 hours processing time, for our tour operations to confirm your reservation (dates available first come first serve)

• 30% booking deposit is required for all tour packages (outpost cabin rentals)

• Backcountry Hunting Flight charters require a deposit of $250 per flight.

• For seats on the flights between Vancouver-Pitt Meadows and Fort Nelson a full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking

  Remaining trip Balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival (non-refundable).

 

BOOKING RESERVATION DATE CHANGES AND TRANSFERS

We understand that guests may require booking changes or transfers, due to the extensive coordination of our all inclusive tours from Vancouver BC, extensive administration fee of $50+tax per person/date will be charged for each booking change.

Booking Transfer: All fishing trip, hunting charter flights, tours and packages with paid deposits and/or full payments are transferable to another person up to 7 days prior trip begin. Guests must contact tours@nradventures.com at least 7 days prior to trip begin with the new guests name for the booking transfer. Deposit paid can only be used for a trip during the same season, it is not possible to carry the deposits over towards a different calendar year.

TOUR, TRIP AND FLIGHT REFUND POLICY

Money that is paid is non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Cancellations 30 days and more result in a forfeit deposit, 29 days and less total trip price is forfeited.

Tour and Fly-in Fishing trip Packages are all inclusive packages, featuring flights, accommodation, meals etc. Charter flights are flight only products. Please note the applicable following weather refund policy.​

• Charter flights weather policy - flight deposit for any flight charters booked with minimum three night accommodation package at Northern Rockies Lodge Ltd. is refundable if the pilot deems the weather unsuitable to fly during your stay. For charters without accommodation package, flight deposits will be forfeit.

• Refunds and booking changes are subject to a 10% credit card and admin fee of the trip price with tax.

 

NORTHERN ROCKIES LODGE LTD. POLICY AGREEMENT

Northern Rockies Adventures will book hotel accommodation on behalf of Northern Rockies Lodge Ltd. By booking with Northern Rockies Adventures you also agree to the Terms and Conditions of Northern Rockies Lodge Ltd.

RISKS AND LIABILITIES FOR ALL OPERATIONS

• To ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of our guests we may be required to make suitable program changes as a result of unfavorable weather conditions. Money paid is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• By booking any stays, activities and flights with Northern Rockies Lodge Ltd., Northern Rockies Adventures Ltd. and Liard Air Ltd. you agree that the combined liability is limited to $300,000.00 per person.

• Liard Air/Northern Rockies Lodge/Northern Rockies Adventures cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of airline schedule changes.

• In view of volatile energy costs, we reserve the right to adjust our prices if necessary. Once deposit is received the price is guaranteed.

• Guests are fully responsible for any damage to property and equipment.

• Wilderness trips & Hunts involve inherent risks and each individual is required to sign a liability waiver.
